Location – Phoenix, AZ
Work Arrangement – Onsite, M-F 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, OT as needed, occasional Saturdays for inventory or special projects

What you’ll do
 Inventory Management: Accurately pull materials and plates for job packets, conduct inventory reporting to leads, and support inventory control efforts to ensure smooth operations.
 Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes, handling loads up to 30,000 lbs safely and efficiently.
 Equipment Operation & Safety: Perform daily forklift and crane inspections, complete safety check-offs, and maintain compliance with all safety protocols.
 Travel Requirements: Minimal to no travel required; role is fully onsite.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
• Warehouse experience with 1-3 years in material handling and forklift operation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and material management
• Basic technical proficiency, comfortable with ERP systems or similar technology
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols

Nice-to-haves:
• Prior forklift certification and experience with overhead cranes
• Experience working in a job shop or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, supportive team setting
