 Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients in the showroom and on the phone.
• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
• Interact with managers and employees to ensure the clients are properly taken care of.
• Some admin functions including stocking in cars, handling deposits,  and assisting managers handle the CRM system.
• Be familiar with our new models and understand the off brands used car inventory as well.
• Help the sales team cultivate long standing relationships with our new clients.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
