We are seeking applications for the position of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Expert in various cities across India.

Missions/Main Duties

• Review and validate MEP designs, drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical submissions prepared by consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, statutory requirements, and project specifications.
• Review HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and utility system designs for functional adequacy and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality assessments.
• Review contractor QA/QC documentation and testing records.

Profile/Skills

• B. Tech./ B.E in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• Master’s Degree in relevant field or certification in HVAC/ Fire Safety/ Electrical Design is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience in MEP engineering and building services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
