About the RoleÂ
We’re seeking a Media Healthcare Project Manager to support the planning and execution of integrated healthcare mediaÂ
campaigns across HCP, DTC, DSA, Payer audiences, and more. This role sits at the intersection of media strategy, execution,Â
and compliance, ensuring that campaigns move efficiently from kickoff through launch while meeting healthcare-specificÂ
requirements.Â
The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, a working knowledge of paid media channels, andÂ
experience operating in regulated healthcare or pharma environments.Â
What You’ll DoÂ
* Manage end-to-end media project workflows across channels such as Paid Search, Programmatic, Social, Display,Â
and endemic platformsÂ
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reporting for media workstreamsÂ
* Partner with analytics and activation teams to align timelines with performance reporting, optimization cycles, andÂ
campaign evolutionÂ
* Track approvals, dependencies, and milestones tied to healthcare compliance processes (e.g., legal, regulatory, MLR)Â
* Lead status meetings and working sessions; communicate risks, issues, and mitigation plans proactively
* Drive scope development and governance, resource forecasting, and budget pacing to ensure healthcare mediaÂ
projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to revenue targetsÂ
* Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance cross-functionalÂ
collaboration across media projectsÂ
* Ensure clear documentation, handoffs, and adherence to established media SOPs and processesÂ
* Launch experience would be a good addition under this section or the nice to have sectionÂ
What We’re Looking ForÂ
* 2–4 years of experience in project management, ideally within a media agency or healthcare marketing environmentÂ

* Experience managing media campaigns for pharma, biotech, or healthcare clientsÂ
* Strong understanding of digital media workflows and cross-channel dependenciesÂ
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsÂ
* High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneouslyÂ
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Asana)Â
Nice to HaveÂ
* Leads standard accounts of $2mm + revenue and assists on larger pieces of business $3mm+Â
* Growing understanding of scoping and staffing for Brand Development and all deliverable typesÂ
* Demonstrates significant knowledge of agency procedures, tools/systems, PM principles & practices (Agile, WaterfallÂ
etc.), process application and risk identificationÂ
* Works closely with Director of Finance to ensure owned projects are efficient and profitable. May need guidance with ourÂ
commercial offerings and engagement modelsÂ
* Must be proactive and be able to learn in a fast-paced environmentÂ
* Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and ExcelÂ
* Bachelor’s DegreeÂ
* PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certificationÂ
* Experience partnering closely with media activation and analytics teamsÂ
