Responsibilities
Clinic Schedule Management:
- Prepare patient schedules in advance to ensure seamless operations.
- Room patients, including documenting medical records with precision.
- Manage clinic flow to keep patient care running smoothly.
Surgery Schedule Support:
- Scheduling & Managing Surgery Schedules
- Assist in gathering medical clearances and surgery scheduling details.
- Ensure patients feel informed and prepared before and after their procedures.
Patient Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between patients and providers, addressing clinical questions promptly.
- Follow up on patient tasks to ensure their needs are met with excellence.
Administrative Support:
- Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR), team chat platforms, and shared resources for communication and documentation.
- Access and apply internal guides to complete administrative tasks with accuracy.
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude toward traveling to satellite clinic locations.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in using EHR systems.
- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with oculoplastic or ophthalmic procedures and terminology.
