Scanning paper charts into Electronic Health Record
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and workplace safety.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is required.

- Clinical setting within a dermatology practice.
- Fast-paced, patient-centered environment with frequent interaction with patients, staff, and providers.
- Exposure to confidential patient information and standard office equipment.
- Work schedule will be determined in coordination with management and are subject to change based on business needs and managerial discretion.
- Monday- Friday 5:00pm-8:30pm
