Job Description

As a Medical Representative, you will play a vital role in driving business growth while positioning our portfolio as a trusted choice within the healthcare community. You will be responsible for delivering commercial success across your territory by achieving sales objectives, strengthening product positioning, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. Your impact goes beyond sales—you shape perception, trust, and value.

You will cover the territory of Segovia, Guadalajara and part of Madrid.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute smart territory plans, ensuring optimal coverage and frequency of target clients.
• Deliver impactful, insight-driven product presentations that lead to recommendation and prescription.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.
• Continuously adapt your approach by understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen our positioning.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting, translating insights into actionable plans.
• Collaborate closely with your Sales Manager to refine strategies and exceed objectives.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, preferably covering the same territory.
• Experience in Ophthalmology is considered a big asset.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
• Proactive and customer-focused, with strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools (CRM) and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, PowerBI, Outlook and Excel.
• Fluent in Spanish, English conversational.

What we offer:

• Competitive Salary: A market‑aligned base salary starting from €43.636 – €60.000 per year, depending on experience.
