Overview

Job Summary• Purpose to perform general clerical duties for department• Makes initial contact to donors• reports results to employers

 

This is an in-office position based in our Tulsa, OK office. After the initial onboarding and training period, the role may become eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Duties• Obtain the required paperwork and prepare the forms required to review non-negative drug screen results• Process paperwork using the NDI document management system• Call donors and perform the template interview for non-DOT donors who are positive for the evidence of Marijuana and Cocaine• Report drug screen results to employers following the client specific reporting requirements

 

Qualifications

Skills• Entry level for support roles with no or very little prior experience.• Works on simple and repetitive routines in standardized work.• Acquiring basic skills of basic routine operations, following step-by-step procedures requiring little or no previous experience.• Daily supervision is required.

 

• Prefer 6 months experience in office environment• Ability to contact donors via phone;• Ability to use computer, fax or other office equipment                   • Ability to perform document management functions for paperwork processing into trips     • Ability to use NDI specific trips and MORS programs for processing drug screen results/reports
