Assist / support Leadership in Medication Verification in assessment of personnel training needs. Assist / support Leadership in training and competency program development /enhancement. Assist / support Leadership in implementation of new training/competency programs. Completes training of new and existing medication verification technician personnel. Completes competency assessment of technician staff.
Qualifications
Education:
- Training or experience in customer service, education, communication, or related field preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
- Possesses or in process of a current State of Illinois Pharmacy Technician license.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrates understanding of organizational culture and initiatives.
- Demonstrates all values of the organization as demonstrated through work history and documented on performance review.
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication, problem solving, basic math, and customer relations skills.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs
