This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on hospitality, service, and helping people find the membership experience that best fits their goals.
Position
Part-Time (evenings and weekend availability required)
What You'll Do
- Conduct personalized club tours and consultations
- Build relationships with prospective and current members
- Follow up with inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Guide prospective members through the membership process
- Deliver a concierge-level experience from the first interaction through their entire journey as a member
- Become knowledgeable about all Club programs, services, amenities, and membership options
- Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional member experience
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a member-first approach

Previous sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred, but personality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are just as important.
