As part of our continued expansion, we are recruiting experienced professionals for a project in West Cork. We are currently seeking:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate MEP packages (mechanical & electrical) across site and off-site fabrication activities
- Manage and track subcontractor works to ensure delivery in line with programme milestones
- Review drawings, specifications, and BIM models to ensure buildability and compliance
- Raise and close RFIs and technical queries in collaboration with design and engineering teams
- Monitor installation progress, identify risks, and escalate delays impacting schedule
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and inspection sign-offs
- Interface with CSA, commissioning, and client teams to ensure smooth integration of services
- Support pre-commissioning, testing, snagging, and system handover
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and logistics aligned with construction schedule
- Proven experience in large-scale construction projects (data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical environments desirable)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Commercial awareness and programme delivery expertise
