En GómezLee Marketing, buscamos un(a) Mercaderista responsable de garantizar la correcta exhibición, reposición y disponibilidad de productos, fortaleciendo la presencia de la marca y contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
Funciones y responsabilidades
- Ejecutar la exhibición y organización de productos en los puntos de venta.
- Realizar reposición, rotación y seguimiento de inventario.
- Mantener góndolas y espacios asignados en óptimas condiciones.
- Implementar materiales promocionales y asegurar la correcta ejecución de campañas.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y reportar incidencias.
- Realizar reportes de visitas mediante las herramientas asignadas.
Requisitos
- Bachiller culminado o estudiante universitario.
- Experiencia como Mercaderista, Reponedor o posiciones similares.
- Conocimiento básico de merchandising y ejecución en punto de venta.
- Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo y desplazamiento.
- Manejo básico de aplicaciones móviles para reportes.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, organización y responsabilidad.
- Motor propio y licencia vigente (preferible).
