Are you a good match?

• Do you have prior experience in Merchandising or in relevant function?
• Are you a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment?
• Are you a proactive, self-motivated leader who is flexible, positive, accurate, and thrives in dynamic, challenging environments?"
• Do you have a good command of PC skills, especially in Excel (experience of SAP, BI analysis, Power BI, or other ERP systems is a plus)?
• Do you have business fluency level both Japanese & English?

What are we expecting from you?

Merchandiser role requires a data-driven approach and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to support sales achievement and establish the Maison's identity, all in alignment with global business objectives.

• You will define and implement stock allocation strategies for regular operations and boutique openings, leveraging relevant planning tool.
• You will lead the planning and arrangement of Fair packs, including delivery schedules and circulation plans.
• You will coordinate end-to-end stock transfers, including SAP registrations, product data extraction, transfer accuracy monitoring, and transportation/logistics coordination for delivery schedules.
• You will collaborate with other teams to provide operational support for boutique openings, commercial and non-commercial events.
