About this role
1. Mengelola, mengawasi, dan mengembangkan seluruh kegiatan geologi tambang serta eksplorasi nikel, termasuk perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan, guna memastikan ketersediaan data geologi yang akurat untuk mendukung operasi penambangan, pengendalian kadar (grade control), serta rekonsiliasi hasil produksi terhadap rencana tambang.
2. Menyusun strategi eksplorasi dan pemodelan geologi untuk mendukung target produksi.
3. Melakukan supervisi terhadap tim geologist dan teknisi dalam kegiatan pemetaan, pengeboran, logging, dan sampling.
4. Mengelola database geologi dan eksplorasi serta memastikan kualitas data.
5. Menyusun laporan eksplorasi, estimasi sumber daya, dan rekomendasi teknis untuk pengembangan tambang.
6. Melaksanakan pengawasan grade control untuk memastikan kadar bijih sesuai dengan rencana produksi.
7. Menyusun dan melakukan rekonsiliasi hasil tambang vs mine plan secara berkala untuk mengevaluasi deviasi dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.
8. Berkoordinasi dengan departemen mine planning, operasi, dan lingkungan untuk integrasi data geologi.
9. Memastikan kegiatan eksplorasi dan produksi sesuai dengan standar KP, KO, lingkungan, dan regulasi pemerintah.
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Geologi atau Teknik Pertambangan (diutamakan S2 Geologi/Eksplorasi).
2. Kompetensi teknis dalam geologi tambang, eksplorasi mineral, pemodelan sumber daya, dan grade control.
3. Kemampuan analisis data geologi, reconciliations, serta penggunaan software geologi (Aircgis, Datamine, Surpac, dll.).
4. Kepemimpinan, komunikasi efektif, dan kemampuan membina tim multidisiplin.
5. Karakter disiplin, detail-oriented, berorientasi pada hasil, serta memiliki integritas tinggi.
6. Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang geologi tambang dan eksplorasi mineral, khususnya laterit nikel.
7. Pengalaman dalam manajemen proyek eksplorasi skala besar, estimasi sumber daya, dan grade control.
8. Pernah memimpin tim geologi dan melakukan rekonsiliasi hasil tambang terhadap mine plan.
9. Minimal POP, manajemen proyek, grade control, dan software geologi.
10. Sertifikasi kompetensi Ahli pemodelan dan Sumberdaya Mineral (ASM-BNSP) (jika tersedia).
