Job Description
Jako Lider Zmiany będziesz raportować do Warehouse Supervisora
Zakres obowiązków:
- Organizowanie I koordynowanie pracy zespołu w trakcie zmiany
- Przydzielanie zadań pracownikom zgodnie z priorytetami
- Kontrola jakości wysyłanych I odbieranych zamówień I podejmowanie działań korygujących
- Monitorowanie I raportowanie postępów realizacji planu pracy
- Zapewnienie przestrzegania przepisów BHP I standardów 5s
- Szkolenie nowych pracowników
- Zapewnienie dostępności materiałów, narzędzi I dokumentacji
- Bieżące rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych I organizacyjnych
- Wykonywanie czynności operacyjnych
- Współpraca z innymi działami
Wymagania:
- Znajomość procesów magazynowych
- Umiejętność pracy z systemami (np. WMS, SAP)
- Umiejętność raportowania i analizy danych
- Znajomość wskaźników KPI
- Podstawowa umiejętność obsługi komputera (np. wprowadzanie danych, praca z prostymi systemami magazynowymi)
- Dokładność i skrupulatność w wykonywaniu powierzonych zadań
- Dobra organizacja pracy własnej
- Umiejętność pracy w zespole
- Gotowość do pracy fizycznej
- Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
- Elastyczność i otwartość na zmiany w organizacji pracy
- Podstawowa znajomość zasad bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy (BHP)
- Umiejętność szybkiego przyswajania procedur magazynowych
