About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate and host live virtual medical webinars and recorded sessions professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors, speakers, and internal teams before, during, and after each session.
- Conduct speaker onboarding, trial runs, and pre-session technical checks.
- Manage live streaming platforms (Zoom/OBS or similar) and provide basic technical troubleshooting during live events.
- Prepare and send session communications, invitations, reminders, and post-session follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate documentation, CRM updates, and timely completion of post-session activities.
- Handle multiple overlapping sessions while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs.
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to defined turnaround timelines (TATs).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in moderation, webinar management, customer support, healthcare operations, or a similar coordination role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with live streaming platforms (optional)
