Motion Designer

About Tracksuit Tracksuit is the brand tracking platform helping marketers make the case for brand in the boardroom. We're scaling fast in the US and building a brand that's trend-forward, editorially sharp, and allergic to generic marketing. Our creative team turns real brand data into work that actually moves people. The role We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer to define and own how Tracksuit moves. You'll build our motion language from the ground up, from campaign and social content, to signature brand moments, to event and on-screen assets, and eventually motion inside our own product and dashboards. You'll work directly with our Brand Creative Lead and collaborate daily with brand, growth, and product teams. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a motion system from scratch, not maintain someone else's.
