🕒 Position: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling Available)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
- Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen floors, and trash disposal areas
- Maintain and support cleanliness of restrooms and other restaurant areas
- Assist with restocking clean items and organizing storage areas
- Support kitchen team with basic prep and cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean items
Requirements
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must have or be willing to obtain a California Food Handler Card
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
