HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Supervises the provision of direct patient care in a manner which displays respect for the patients' rights, dignity, values, confidentiality and expressed needs. Provides leadership in the practice setting by committing to practice excellence and acting as a role model for clinical support staff and assuring their job performance complies with all regulatory guidelines. Coordinates clinical support staff response to walk-ins in emergent and other situations as needed to assure tasks performed are in compliance with departmental and TMH policies and procedures, and within staff educational preparation as well as the Florida Nurse Practice Act.

Medical Director, Practice Manager

Supervises:

Registered Nurses Licensed Practical Nurses Medical Assistants

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

Minimum: Associates Degree in Nursing. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Required Experience:

Minimum: 2 years of job-related previous experience is required. Preferred: 3 or more years of job-related experience, to include supervisory experience.

Required Certification/License/Registry:

Current RN License in the State of Florida
