Job Description Summary

At Novartis, we are reimagining medicine to improve and extend people's lives. As a focused medicines company, we harness innovative science and digital technologies to deliver transformative treatments in areas of significant unmet medical need. Our ambition is bold: to become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world — and our people are the driving force behind that vision.

Are you a scientifically driven professional passionate about advancing the treatment landscape for patients living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and those benefiting from cutting-edge gene therapies? We are seeking an exceptional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our dynamic Medical Affairs team and serve as a vital scientific bridge between our organization and the healthcare community.

In this pivotal field-based role, you will engage with key opinion leaders, neurologists, researchers, and multidisciplinary care teams to exchange the latest clinical and scientific insights across two of the most rapidly evolving areas in modern medicine. As MS therapeutics continue to advance and gene therapy redefines what is possible in treating complex neurological and genetic conditions, your expertise will play a critical part in ensuring that healthcare providers have access to accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful information.

As the scientific face of our organization, you will build and nurture trusted, peer-to-peer relationships with the medical community, gather actionable field insights, support evidence-generation initiatives, and help translate complex scientific data into real-world clinical value—ultimately improving outcomes for patients.

The role reports directly to the national MSL manager and will work closely with the CRM cross-functional team.
