Looking for more than a traditional leasing role? AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support three of Denver's premier luxury apartment communities: AMLI at Uptown, AMLI Park Avenue, and AMLI Cherry Creek.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves connecting people with their next home. As a multi-site team member, you'll gain exposure to different neighborhoods, resident demographics, and community offerings while building valuable experience with one of the nation's most respected multifamily housing companies.

What You'll Do

Every day brings something different as you help future residents discover the perfect AMLI community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized apartment tours across multiple communities
• Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries with exceptional service
• Generate leases, manage renewals, and support resident retention efforts
• Assist with move-ins and ensure a seamless resident experience
• Collaborate with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals
• Help coordinate resident events and community engagement activities
• Maintain accurate records and leasing documentation

Compensation & Benefits

Pay

• $20 - $22 per hour
• Leasing commissions, performance incentives, and recognition awards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Saturday availability required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional and positive attitude

Preferred Experience

• Apartment leasing or property management experience or
• Retail sales, hospitality, restaurant, or customer-facing experience
• Experience working toward sales goals
