Responsibilities

As Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for the overall maintenance; including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property. You will perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.#mc
