We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.   And we’re looking for a N8N Automation Specialist to start immediately!   Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Workflow Automation: Developing n8n workflows and administering monday.com (including their APIs). Integrations: Connecting OpenAI/AI-agents, Gmail/Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Online. Development & Support: Writing JavaScript and/or Python, managing databases, handling webhooks/authentication, and doing error logging/troubleshooting. Project Management: Managing outside developers, documenting procedures, testing, and user training. Process Improvement: Continuously optimizing their workflows. Required Tools N8N Monday.com   Qualifications: Technical Background: Experience with APIs, webhooks, and database authentication. They should also know JavaScript and/or Python. Systems & Troubleshooting: Ability to handle error logging, system monitoring, and troubleshooting. Project Management: Experience managing outside developers, running technology projects, and doing continuous process improvement. Documentation & Training: Ability to document procedures, test workflows, and train internal users. Schedule: Must be available part-time from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM CST.
