NUMO Mykonos
Numo Mykonos is a boutique retreat in Kalafatis, where quiet luxury meets nostalgic chic vibes. Experience the brand’s signature tranquility infused with the lively, vibrant essence of Mykonos.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet night guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
- Manage all the necessary procedures during arrival and departure
- Handle telephone calls, emails or personal client’s requests
- Provide information to guests in regards of facilities, events and services
- Working closely with all departments and ensure guests satisfaction at all times
- Keep a high level of personal grooming standards and appearance
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
- Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in 5 * hotels
- Very good knowledge of English language
