Nighttime Line Cook - Carolina Ale House

Carolina Ale House is now hiring for Nighttime Line and Prep Cooks in Myrtle Beach!

Join us for open interviews every Tuesday through Friday 2pm-4pm!

Responsibilities:

• Skillfully cook and prepare a diverse range of dishes according to our recipes and specifications.
• Strictly adhere to all kitchen safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with plate presentation guidelines and timely delivery of food orders.
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
• Utilize recipe cards and measuring tools accurately for precise ingredient measurements.
• Stock and break down sections at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Monitor and maintain proper rotation of prepped and batched food items to minimize waste.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and machinery.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

• Preference for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-service casual dining environment. 
  
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  
• Knowledge of Food and Health codes.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
