ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking an NPI Program Manager to join our growing team in an on-site position in Henderson, Nevada.The New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager leads ANA's cross-functional phase-gate process for new products and major variants, from approved concept through production stabilization. The role aligns Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory, Finance, Service and Aftermarket, Sales, and Marketing. It is accountable for program governance, timely decisions, launch readiness, and cross-functional alignment - not detailed engineering execution. The NPI Program Manager facilitates evidence-based gate decisions and recommends whether programs should be held, conditionally released, or advanced. The role partners closely with the Engineering Project Manager, who owns engineering execution, and with functional workstream owners, who remain accountable for their deliverables.  This fully onsite position operates weekdays from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and reports to the Director of Product Management.
