Nurse Practitioner Career Coach

We're seeking an experienced nurse practitioner career coach to work with NPs and NP students building their clinical practice and advancing their careers. This role includes strengthening core clinical skills in patient care, treatment planning, and prescribing medications, as well as guiding students through certification requirements. Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy to help NPs land the right role and grow their professional network. Ideal candidates have professional experience as a nurse practitioner, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics alike. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
