Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program (OTP)

In this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and prescribe medications as permitted by state regulations, all while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Kent Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Kent, WA is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Our team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling, therapy, medication, and guidance to patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. 

• Age Group/Range: Adults
• Practice Setting/Type: Outpatient OTP
• Part-Time Schedule: 32 hours per week, ideally Mon-Thurs - 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Compensation Range: $65-$75 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Makes a comprehensive physical assessment of patients consistent with training and education;
• Performs physical examinations on patients admitted for medication maintenance;
• Ensures physician medication orders are being followed. Refers patients to appropriate physicians and consults with the supervising physician;
• Evaluates patient care, adjusting the plan of care based on outcomes, diagnostic test results, and patient feedback;
• Provides patient and staff education on medication maintenance;
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF Standards, and clinic policy and procedure;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, from an accredited college or university
• Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone
• No history of alcohol or drug misuse for a period of three years before employment

Licenses/Designations/Certifications:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Licensed to practice in the state of Washington
• DEA license.

Compensation Range:

$67.00 - $75.00 per hour
