POSITION OVERVIEW
The Office Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the office by providing administrative, logistical, andĀ organisationalĀ support across multiple departments. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional working environment.Ā
This roleĀ operatesĀ under the direction of the APAC Regional Director.Ā
JOB SCOPE
ThreatLocker'sĀ Office AssistantĀ works under the direction of the APAC Regional Director andĀ is responsible for, but not limited to:Ā
- AssistsĀ with general office administration duties, including filing, calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordinationĀ
- Prepares and prints memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents asĀ requiredĀ
- PerformsĀ accurateĀ andĀ timelyĀ data entryĀ andĀ maintainsĀ internal recordsĀ
- Supports administrative functions across departments, includingĀ logistics, shipping, and inventory managementĀ
- Greets clients and visitors, manages the reception area, and ensuresĀ appropriate visitorĀ coordination with staffĀ
- Maintains aĀ clean,Ā organised, and presentable office environment, includingĀ common areasĀ and kitchenĀ
- Monitors and communicatesĀ building updates, notices, and facilities-related informationĀ to staffĀ
- EnsuresĀ kitchen and office supplies are stocked,Ā monitored, and reordered as neededĀ
- ProvidesĀ logisticsĀ support for internal initiatives, meetings, and company-sponsored events, including trade show preparationĀ
- AssistsĀ personnel withĀ travel bookings,Ā including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring all arrangements are completed smoothlyĀ
- Supports the execution of company-sponsored events and activitiesĀ
- Performs other duties as assignedĀ
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work effectively with limited supervisionĀ
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Ā
- Strong attention to detail andĀ organisationalĀ skillsĀ
- Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong multitasking and time management abilitiesĀ
- Willingness toĀ workĀ a flexible schedule as and when neededĀ
WORKING CONDITIONS

- Job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit company offices and/or property locations.

- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 KG
