As an Office Coordinator you will focus on:
- Developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Register and store company contracts management system
- Taking care of purchase invoices' flow
- Driving collaborative and open office culture
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Participating actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Ensuring office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems
- Being a contact person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, group catering services etc.
- Managing conference rooms booking tool as well as conference rooms conditions
- Taking care of office image and esthetics
Knowledge and skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the similar role
- Ability to take decisions quickly and accurately
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Scrupulousness and engagement
- Positive approach to the problems and solving them
- Communicative, creative and high propriety
- Reliability, professionalism, positive energy and smile
