ABOUT THE ROLEÂ
We’re looking for an organized, and motivated Office / Facility Assistant to help keep our workplace running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting others, likes being the “goto” person in the office and is excited to learn more about facilities and office operations.Â
You will work closely with the Facilities or Cluster Manager and play an important part in making the office a welcoming and wellorganized place for employees and visitors.Â

RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Create a positive, helpful atmosphere for everyone in the officeÂ
Keep track of office and kitchen supplies and reorder when neededÂ
Support reception, security, and cleaning teams to ensure daily operations run smoothlyÂ
Share simple building updates (maintenance work, events, changes in procedures)Â
Help manage security access badges for colleagues and guestsÂ
Assist with meeting room bookings, AV support requests, and catering ordersÂ
Respond to daily employee requests and coordinate with the landlord or vendorsÂ
Support building maintenance routines and basic compliance tasksÂ
Assist with small office moves or renovation activitiesÂ
Work with Corporate Security on basic safety needsÂ
Help with vendor quotes, invoices, and purchase orders (Ariba)Â

QUALIFICATIONSÂ
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience or learning towards a degreeÂ
Around 3 years of experience in office support, coordination, or facilities rolesÂ
Good communication and organizational skillsÂ
Comfortable working with vendors and learning facilities processesÂ
Willingness to grow, learn, and take on new tasksÂ
Onsite role (no hybrid option)Â
