Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented compliance professional to support AML/KYC and FATCA compliance activities in a regulated environment. In this role, you will manage standard onboarding, documentation, and regulatory review processes while ensuring adherence to compliance requirements. You will perform risk assessments, maintain accurate records, and support client communications. The position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in regulatory frameworks, risk management, and investor due diligence. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, collaboration, and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do

  • You'll execute AML/KYC reviews, process investor onboarding files, and perform risk assessments to support compliance requirements.
  • You'll review, validate, and maintain KYC, FATCA, and CRS documentation, including GIIN verification and regulatory records management.
  • You'll monitor compliance deadlines, process periodic reviews, document findings, and follow escalation procedures when required.
  • You'll prepare regulatory reports, maintain tracking systems, and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and documentation quality.
  • You'll respond to routine client queries and support effective communication related to compliance and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in AML/KYC processing, compliance operations, or a related regulatory environment.
  • You possess familiarity with risk assessment methodologies, regulatory documentation standards, and AML/KYC compliance requirements.
  • You demonstrate competence in managing FATCA/CRS documentation and proficiency in using compliance databases, systems, and tools.
  • You bring strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, collaboration, and quality-focused skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
