The On Trade National Account Manager plays a key role in driving Lucky Saintās growth across the UK hospitality sector. You willĀ be responsible forĀ winning, managing, and growing key national on-trade customersĀ expanding distribution, increasing rate of sale, and building long-term commercial partnerships. This role combines strategic account development with hands-on execution across listings, visibility, and activation.Ā Ā
A day in the life in this roleĀ
YouāllĀ be leading relationships with some of the UKās most important hospitality groupsĀ balancing strategic planning with execution. One day might involve negotiating a national listing or commercial agreement; the next, analysing performance data to unlock growth opportunities or collaborating with marketing on a customer activation.Ā
YouāllĀ regularly engage with key decision-makers, wholesalers, and route-to-market partners, ensuring Lucky Saint is visible, well-positioned, and performing strongly across accounts. Alongside this,Ā youāllĀ deliver training, activations, and ongoing support to customersĀ bringing the brand to life atĀ aĀ group level.Ā Ā
Key Responsibilities:Ā
- Deliver Lucky Saintās sales and profit targets within the On-Trade National ChannelĀ Ā
- Win, manage, and grow national on-trade accounts, securing new listings across draught and packaged SKUsĀ Ā
- Develop and execute national account plans to drive distribution, visibility, and rate of saleĀ Ā
- Negotiate commercial agreements including contracts, pricing, and activationsĀ Ā
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partnersĀ Ā
- Deliver customer engagement including training, activations, and ongoing supportĀ Ā
- Analyse account performance toĀ identifyĀ growth opportunitiesĀ Ā
- MaintainĀ accurateĀ forecasting and reporting on performance, risks, and opportunitiesĀ Ā
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful customer campaigns and activationsĀ Ā
Who you are:Ā
- Proven experienceĀ withĀ national On-Trade customersĀ Ā
- Strong network across national hospitality groupsĀ Ā
- Track recordĀ of growing distribution and rate of saleĀ Ā
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and pricingĀ Ā
- Confident relationship builder, able to influence senior stakeholdersĀ Ā
- Experience developing and executing account plansĀ Ā
- Data-driven, comfortable analysing performance and using insights to improve resultsĀ Ā
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesĀ Ā
- Passion for hospitality and the no & low alcohol categoryĀ Ā
- Experience working with wholesalers or route-to-market partnersĀ Ā
- Experience delivering group-level activations or training programmesĀ Ā
