Responsibilities:
-Lead high-impact teams in a global platform environment
-Own operations in a mission-critical digital infrastructure
-Oversee daily data centre operations, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency
-Lead facilities maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems (M&E)
-Manage vendors and contractors for maintenance and infrastructure services
-Develop and enforce site operational procedures, safety standards, and compliance
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reliability, efficiency, and sustainability
-Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and escalation protocols
-Lead and develop a technical operations team, ensuring strong performance and engagement
-Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on capacity planning and upgrades
Requirements:
-A degree in Engineering or a related field.
-Proven experience managing mission-critical facilities (data centre, telecom, or similar)
-Strong knowledge of M&E systems, redundancy design, and uptime standards
-Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, ISO, or equivalent)
-Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
