Role Overview :

We are looking for an Operational Strategist to work closely with the Business, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive execution, improve operational efficiency, and own key business metrics. The ideal candidate is analytical, execution-focused, and passionate about solving business challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities : 

•  Own end-to-end business performance across the sales operations funnel.
• Monitor and improve key business metrics, including:Lead-to-Call Conversion (L2C), Call-to-Sale Conversion (C2S), Revenue Achievement (Revenue), Average Order Value (AOV), Renewal & Retention (R&R), Sales Productivity (SP), Sales Funnel Leakage (SFL), Sales Cycle Time (SCT), SLA & TAT Adherence (SLA/TAT), and Customer Activation & Onboarding (CAO). 
• Drive initiatives to improve conversion rates, revenue, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute high-impact business initiatives.
• Analyze sales funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective action plans.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track business performance and operational KPIs.
• Define, monitor, and improve SLAs, process adherence, and team productivity.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct weekly business reviews, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Partner with Product teams to enhance features that improve sales performance and customer experience.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve operational scalability and reduce manual effort.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely execution of key business priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Strategy, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a sales-driven, high-growth startup environment.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, revenue management, and business metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL and BI tools is an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
