Operations Support Associate (Swedish-speaking)

At foodora, we’re transforming how people access local stores - from supermarkets to specialty shops - through our Local Shops marketplace. We are looking for an Operations Support role based in Hungary to support Local Shops / Shops operations with recurring, manual, and data-heavy tasks in Sweden. The role will focus on assortment management, data clean-ups, and operational support related to vendor setup and ongoing maintenance, enabling local Operations, Sales, and AM teams to focus on core commercial priorities.

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized Swedish-speaking Local Shops Operations Support Associate to support day-to-day operational and data-related tasks for our Local Shops business. This role is key to ensuring accurate assortment management, smooth operational execution, and timely support during vendor onboarding and ongoing maintenance, helping our partners succeed on the platform.

What You’ll Do - Key responsibilities

• Be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and validating product files to ensure they are ready for assortment setup/creation.

• Contribute to the setup and updating of menu items or product listings (SKUs), including descriptions, images, and pricing accuracy.

• Assist in promotion and content execution by helping with promotion setup, banner creation, and the creation and ongoing maintenance of tags

• Support data and operations by performing vendor and product data clean-ups, troubleshooting barcode reports, and reviewing and supporting related operational requirements

• Provide support to vendors and internal stakeholders by creating decks and operational materials, and by handling repetitive, rule-based operational tasks during onboarding processes

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership

• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• You communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Previous experience from an administrative, operations, or account support role is considered a plus

• Strong experience in Excel and/or Google Sheets is considered a plus
