Job Description

What You’ll Do

In this vital role, you will:

  • Operate high-clearance sprayers, floaters, and other modern application equipment to apply fertilizers and crop protection products.
  • Work closely with customers, providing knowledgeable, courteous, and professional service.
  • Educate growers on products being applied, techniques used, and how you can continue to support their success.
  • Collaborate with the agronomy sales team to ensure accurate orders and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including forklift operation, mechanical maintenance, and product handling.
  • Safely lift and load up to 75 lbs of product for approximately 1–2 hours per day.
  • Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
  • Work extended hours during seasonal peaks to meet business demands.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • CDL or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must meet DOT and company safety requirements
  • Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons
  • Preferred:
    • Valid Applicator’s License
    • Previous experience in chemical application
    • Background in farming or agriculture
    • Education or certification related to crop protection
