Job Summary:
Responsible for the safe handling, transfer, dispensing, monitoring, and inventory control of industrial chemicals used in automotive production processes, ensuring uninterrupted service to production lines, compliance with EHS standards, and operational excellence.
Responsable del manejo seguro, trasvase, suministro, monitoreo y control de inventarios de químicos industriales utilizados en procesos productivos automotrices, asegurando servicio continuo a líneas de producción, cumplimiento EHS y excelencia operativa.
Accountability and Scope:
• Manage chemical handling operations safely and efficiently
• Maintain uninterrupted chemical supply to production
• Monitor tanks, totes, pumps, and chemical distribution systems
• Execute inventory control and material traceability
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
• Gestionar operaciones de manejo químico de forma segura y eficiente
• Mantener suministro continuo a producción
• Monitorear tanques, totes, bombas y sistemas de distribución química
• Ejecutar control de inventarios y trazabilidad
• Cumplir estándares ambientales, salud y seguridad
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and transfer chemicals following safety protocols
- Operate dispensing equipment, pumps, valves, and transfer systems
- Monitor chemical consumption and replenishment levels
- Conduct daily inspections and complete operational logs
- Respond to minor spills according to emergency procedures
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure operational continuity
- Recibir, descargar y transferir químicos bajo protocolos de seguridad
- Operar equipos de dosificación, bombas, válvulas y sistemas de trasvase
- Monitorear consumos y niveles de reposición
- Realizar inspecciones diarias y bitácoras operativas
- Atender derrames menores conforme a procedimientos
- Mantener estándares 5S
- Coordinarse con producción para continuidad operativa

Qualifications and Experience:
- Technical high school or Industrial Technician
- 1–3 years in industrial / chemical operations
- Basic hazardous material handling knowledge
- Availability for rotating shifts
