Mitarbeiter Lithografieprozesse (m/w/d) Mikrotechnologie / Feinoptik / Augenoptik / Feinwerkmechanik

Ihre Aufgaben
- Reinigung und Vorbereitung optischer Gläser und Substrate im Ultraschallbad für die Weiterverarbeitung
- Aufbringen von Fotolacken auf Planoptiken mittels Spincoater sowie Prozess- und Qualitätskontrolle
- Präzises Belichten und Entwickeln von Wafern im Rahmen mikrostrukturierter Fotolithografieprozesse
- Durchführung des Lift‑Off‑Prozesses zur definierten Ablösung des Fotolacks nach der Beschichtung
- Sorgfältiges Handling von hochwertigen Optiken und empfindlichen Glaskomponenten
- Durchführung von Wareneingangs-, Zwischen- und Endprüfungen zur Sicherstellung der Prozessqualität
- Prüfung und Dokumentation von Geometrie und Sauberkeit nach definierten Qualitätsvorgaben
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mikrotechnologe, Feinoptiker, Optiker, Feinwerkmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Quereinstieg möglich bei Eignung für Arbeiten mit Feingefühl und Sorgfalt
- Berufserfahrung in Optikfertigung, Microstrukturierung oder Reinraumprozessen wünschenswert
- Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Technisches Verständnis, gutes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude an Teamarbeit
