Descrizione del lavoro
L’Ops and commercial Back-office analyst è la figura di supporto alle attività dei punti vendita e all’implementazione dell’offerta commerciale.
Si occuperĂ di:
- Creazione anagrafica prodotti nei sistemi e richiesta EAN
- Calcolo Food cost e marginalitĂ
- Trasmissione dei codice prodotti ai retailers per codifica
- Creazione materiale marketing per i punti vendita (espositori, adesivi, divise, menu, materiale per eventi ed animazioni..) con aiuto grafico
- Analisi di risultati di promozioni, soddisfazione clienti e di attivitĂ commerciali
- Coordinamenti di invio di materiali sui punti vendita
- Invio comunicazioni agli affiliati (ed esempio listino prezzi, piano commerciale) e newsletter interne e ai partner retailer
- Creazione di presentazioni
- Anagrafica punti vendita e manutenzione lista siti internet
- Monitoraggio e analisi concorrenza
Qualifiche
- Si richiede un’esperienza pregressa da 1 a 4 anni in ruolo di back-office, amministrazione, preferibilmente in ambito alimentare o ristorazione.
- Diploma, laurea non necessaria ma sarĂ valutata positivamente
- Ottima conoscenza pacchetto office in particolare utilizzo di excel e powerpoint e capacitĂ di apprendere sistemi data entry interni
- Precisione, affidabilitĂ
- Ottime capacitĂ organizzative
- DinamicitĂ e proattivitĂ
- Lavoro di squadra e attitudine al servizio clienti
- Buon livello di inglese
