What We're Looking For:
The Change Management Lead creates and implements change management strategies and plans, coaches business leaders on change leadership, enables others to drive change activities, helps project teams integrate change management activities into their project plan, and creates internal and external communications and enablement materials that aid in driving awareness and adoption of change by internal and external stakeholders.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Change Management
Identify stakeholders, analyze stakeholder impacts, complete change management assessments, and create strategies to effectively drive change
Drive understanding and adoption of new and modified tools, business processes, systems, job roles, and organizational structures
Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
Create and manage execution of change management deliverables (Change Management Plans, Stakeholder Assessments, Impact Assessments, Communications Plans)
Support and lead training efforts • Collaborate with peer change managers across Zebra to drive continuous improvement in the area of change management methodologies, documentation, communications, etc.
Engagement and Communications
Coordinate development and delivery of project-related communications and engagement activities
Plan and execute cross-company communications and stakeholder engagement activities, potentially including events, forums, awareness meetings, newsletters, posters, leadership videos, local open houses, road shows, celebrations, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional marketing, communications, and partner program teams to coordinate timing and delivery of external communications
Prepare program-level change management materials for use in regular leadership reviews, program status meetings, quarterly business reviews, etc.
Establish and maintain necessary internal and external communications infrastructure, including change agents, distribution lists, mailboxes, repositories for documents and photos
Additional Requirements
Excellent English-language writing skills
Excellent English-language business conversation proficiency and presentation skills
Solid project management skills, including ability to manage multiple, dynamic projects and tasks
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to tailor style and messages for different audiences
Ability to think and act strategically and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
Experience leading change activities is a strong plus
Job Requirements
Minimum:
BA/BS from an accredited college or university
8+ years' of experience in an organizational change management role
Excellent written English language communication skills as demonstrated by submitted writing samples
Must work on a hybrid schedule in our Lincolnshire, IL headquarters (3 days a week minimum including Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Preferred:
Relevant professional experience, including wide ranging previous roles in change management and communications
Proven ability to work with different stakeholders and teams in a global, multi-site organization
Work independently with little or no supervision
Experience leading change activities, including vision setting, leadership/change sponsor alignment and engagement, stakeholder analysis, impact identification, readiness assessment, communication strategies, training plans, and measurement of adoption
Ability to think and act strategically and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Maturity and professionalism in interactions at all levels
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
(PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SharePoint
Ability to coordinate, leverage, and maximize the knowledge, skills, and efforts of others to achieve goals
Solid project management skills, including ability to manage multiple, dynamic projects and tasks
International experience preferred

Pay Range:
$96,800.00 - $145,200.00 AnnualIncentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
