The Outbound Operations Supervisor will focus on leading a team of warehouse associates to safely and accurately pick, pack, fulfill, and ship to our customers around the world! You will lead, train, evaluate, and reward staff, manage daily fulfillment schedules, and maintain optimal shipping operations. To ensure success, you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce environment and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes team cohesion, shipping accuracy, and on-time order dispatch.
