💰 $80,000–$110,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

💰 Current Earnings for Sales Reps on team: $250,000–$300,000+ OTE

A booming, privately owned commercial real estate owner/operator is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to help drive the growth of its expanding retail portfolio. This is an opportunity to join a stable, long-term organization with significant growth, strong leadership, and exceptional earning potential

What You'll Do:

• Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close lease agreements with retail, restaurant, entertainment, and experiential tenants
• Build relationships with retailers, brokers, tenant reps, and industry contacts to generate leasing opportunities
• Travel throughout the East Coast to meet prospects, tour properties, attend industry events, and identify emerging concepts
• Manage lease renewals, amendments, and tenant retention efforts
• Analyze market trends and competing properties to uncover new opportunities
• Ensure successful tenant onboarding
• Contribute to leasing strategy and the continued expansion of the company's shopping center portfolio

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of sales experience (RE sales and leasing NOT required!)
• Proven ability to negotiate, build relationships, and close deals
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Basic financial analysis skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Organized, proactive, resilient, and highly collaborative
