We are seeking reliable and organised individuals to join our Overnight Crew at our Bligh Park facility in South Windsor, Australia. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team during overnight hours. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly throughout the night shift, maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism.
- Complete assigned tasks and duties during overnight shift hours with attention to detail and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to achieve daily operational objectives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols
- Assist with stock management, inventory checks, or facility maintenance as required
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns to management
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality, ensuring consistent attendance during scheduled shifts
- Support the smooth handover of operations to the day shift team
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues when needed
