Job Description:
Resumen del Puesto:**
El Operador de Empaque es responsable de operar y monitorear la maquinaria de empaque para asegurar que los productos se empaquen de manera eficiente y con los estándares de calidad establecidos por Vichisa, S.A. de C.V.
Responsabilidades del Puesto:**
* Operar, ajustar y monitorear equipos de empaque, incluyendo llenadoras, selladoras, etiquetadoras y codificadoras.
* Realizar inspecciones de calidad de los materiales de empaque y productos terminados para asegurar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones.
* Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada, siguiendo las normas de higiene y seguridad.
* Cargar y descargar materiales de empaque en las máquinas.
* Identificar y reportar cualquier falla o mal funcionamiento de la maquinaria al personal de mantenimiento.
* Cumplir con los procedimientos operativos estándar (POE) y las buenas prácticas de manufactura (BPM).
* Colaborar con el equipo de producción para asegurar la eficiencia y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción.
Calificaciones del Puesto:**
* Educación secundaria completa (Bachillerato o equivalente).
* Experiencia previa en un entorno de producción o empaque, preferiblemente en la industria de alimentos o bebidas.
* Habilidad para operar maquinaria de empaque.
* Atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir instrucciones precisas.
* Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y adaptarse a los cambios en la producción.
* Conocimiento básico de las normas de seguridad e higiene industrial.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, si es necesario.
* Habilidad para levantar y mover objetos de peso moderado.
