  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Primäre Aufgaben :

  • Arbeiten nach Arbeitsunterlagen (Standardworks)
  • Abdecken und Abkleben von nicht zu lackierenden Flächen
  • Vorbereiten der zu lackierenden Flächen durch Schleifen und Reinigen
  • Überprüfen der Viskosität von Primer und Lack
  • Auftragen verschiedener Lacksysteme (Primer/Topcoat/Basecoat/Clearcoat) in der Lackierkabine unter Einhaltung der erforderlichen Ablüftzeiten und Schichtdicken im Wet-in-Wet-Verfahren
  • Aufbringen und Lackieren von Logos mittels Folien nach techn. Zeichnungen
  • Demaskieren, Aufbringen techn. Kleinbeschriftungen (Decals) nach techn. Zeichnungen
  • Finish (lackierte Flächen schleifen und polieren)
  • Beheben von Arbeitsfehlern und Kundenbeanstandungen (Polieren, Touch Up)
  • Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften gemäß RTX EH&S Politik
  • Kontrolle aller im Bereich Lackiererei verwendeten Betriebsmittel und Werkzeuge (quantitativ/qualitativ)
  • Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
