Position Summary
AB Facility Services is looking for a part-time evening Cleaner for a client located in Norfolk, VA. This role is responsible for cleaning indoors. Those who are interested must be available to work evenings Mon-Fri 4:30PM-8:30PM
Essential Functions:
- Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.
- Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Vacuum all carpets wall to wall.
- Remove spots from the carpet that can be removed with standard spotting.
- Sweep all hard surface floors.
- Clean and sanitize drinking.
- Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks.
- Remove fingerprints from elevator doors.
- Clean all open stairwells surfaces.
- Damp mop all hard surface floors.
- Clean all entrance door glass on both sides and polish frames.
- Dust all ledges.
- Vacuum entrance.
- Polish all brass and metal.
- Remove all trash collected.
- Clean and deodorize trash containers.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Shift & Pay:
- Shift: Mon-Fri 4:30PM-8:30PM
- Type: Part-time position
- Pay: $12.77 per hour
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to work legally in the U.S.
