Job Overview:
As a Shuttle Driver for Christian Brothers Automotive South Hurstbourne, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience. You will safely transport guests to and from the shop, provide friendly and professional customer service, and assist our front-of-house team as needed. You are expected to represent CBA South Hurstbourne’s core values in every interaction with our guests and team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Safely picking up and dropping off guests in our branded company shuttle while providing a friendly, professional experience
• Representing CBA South Hurstbourne and our core values with every guest interaction
• Greeting guests and assisting with checking guests in and out
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting guests with questions and scheduling
• Making customer appreciation and follow-up calls
• Keeping the shuttle clean, organized, safe, and comfortable for our guests
• Assisting the team with front-of-house guest services and other tasks as needed
• Notifying the Service Manager of any shuttle maintenance or service needs
• Following all company safety policies and procedures
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and guest
• Valid state driver's license
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)!
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear
• The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
• Being dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
