About this role
Overview
Baystate Dental is looking for Dental Hygiene students and recent graduates to join our Dental Hygiene Pathway Program throughout our offices in Massachusetts.
This program is designed for current Dental Hygiene students and recent graduates who are preparing for boards, waiting on licensure, or looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive clinical environment.
As part of the Dental Hygiene Pathway Program, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced hygienists, doctors, office managers, and clinical teams while building confidence and preparing for a successful long-term career with Dental Care Alliance.
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
- Assist clinical teams with patient flow and operatory setup
- Shadow and support licensed Dental Hygienists
- Learn office systems, clinical protocols, and patient care standards
- Build relationships with patients and team members
- Prepare for state boards and licensure requirements
- Participate in training and mentorship opportunities
- Transition into a Dental Hygienist role after successful completion of licensure requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Dental Hygiene program or recently graduated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for patient care and teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Local anesthesia certification preferred upon licensure
- Must be planning to obtain licensure in New Jersey
