Provides customer service support to patients
· Scheduling appointments
· Conducts patients check in/ check out
· Scans/ files
· Collects patient payments
· Maintains clean and professional working environment, including the waiting room
· Answers patient phone calls
· Confirms appointments
· Assists with charting
· Confirms patient insurance
· Maintains strict confidentiality
Ensures exceptional customer experience
· Any duties required to maintain patient flow and any other extra duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:

· Must possess adequate computer skills
· Must be detail-oriented

Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Customer service experience
